Although some may consider it luck, the Moose did skate well against the Black and Tan as they got the go ahead goal to win 1-0. But what some people may not know that this goal was a "gift". Jeff Gundler, a C player, shot the puck. It bounced of of Tim Fox's skate, and into the goal. Yep, that's how the Moose won. As Daniel Lynn said "Sometimes the puck bounces your way, and, well, sometimes it doesn't. I guess we just got lucky." Still, Troy recorded his 3rd shoutout of the season, and has a 1.42 goals against average (GAA) this season. He has allowed only 10 goals this season, tied for 2nd best with the Ice Breakers and Cluster Pucks, it is the Black and Tan who lead this catogory, with just 9 goals allowed as of October 27, 2009. The Moose avoided slipping to .500% win percentage, and with a 4-2 record, they face a should-win game against the 0-6 Jr. B. Arrowhawks.
